Located near the Des Moines, Iowa International Airport, our 400 plus acre facility consists of two interconnected area to offer exceptional breeding and outstanding training.

The brood mare barn has twenty stalls equipped with automatic waterers and timed lighting to stimulate ovulation. We have two stalls with surveillance cameras for 24 hour viewing. |
| Facilities for mare care include 300+ acres of pasture with 40 acres of board fences in five lots. Each lot has a loafing shed, teasing area, automatic water and hay ring. |

These heated barns have 44 stalls and an indoor riding/driving arena suitable for year-round training. Additionally, our office area includes washing areas and stocks.
